The very first thing a believer must understand is how to be in the Spirit. Without this foundation, Christianity becomes ritual, habit, or religion instead of a living relationship with God.

In the name of Jesus, I uproot every generational pattern of disease—whether it came through DNA, behavior, trauma, words, or demonic influence. I cancel every diagnosis and every expectation of sickness that has been spoken over me or my family. I renounce every negative mindset and every wrong confession that opened the door to weakness, fear, and defeat.
