Strengthening faith and deepening your relationship with God is a lifelong journey that can be supported through consistent, intentional daily habits. Here are some meaningful practices:

 

  1. Daily Prayer
  • What to do: Set aside time each day for conversation with God—praise, thanksgiving, confession, and supplication.
  • Why it helps: Builds intimacy and reliance on God; centers your day around His presence.
  1. Scripture Reading
  • What to do: Read the Bible daily, even just a few verses or a chapter.
  • Why it helps: Knowing God’s Word provides spiritual nourishment, guidance, and encouragement.
  1. Journaling
  • What to do: Write down your prayers, reflections on Scripture, or ways you’ve seen God work.
  • Why it helps: Promotes mindfulness, gratitude, and spiritual growth over time.

  • What to do: List 3–5 things you’re grateful for each day and thank God for them.
